This Agreement constitutes the entire and sole agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes any previous agreement or understanding between them. No amendment or variation of this Agreement shall be binding unless it is in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
This Agreement shall be construed according to Uganda law and both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the Uganda courts.
